How It Works
Get started in 5 simple steps
1. Sign up with Magic Link
Register with your email address. No password needed – we'll send you a magic link to sign in. Simple and secure.
2. Set up your Ping
Create a Ping and configure your check-in interval (e.g., every 48 hours). You can create multiple Pings for different people or devices.
3. Invite contacts
Add contacts by email. They'll receive an invitation and must confirm via double opt-in before receiving notifications.
4. Check in regularly
Press the Ping button on your Ping URL or use the app. You'll receive email reminders before your check-in is due.
5. Automatic notification if missed
If you miss a check-in, your contacts are automatically notified via email with your custom message. They'll know you haven't checked in.

Main Features
Check-in System
Simple check-in: One click every X hours (default: 48h). Public ping URL: Shareable, usable without login. Automatic reminders: Email reminders when a check-in is due. Automation: iOS Shortcuts and Android (Tasker/MacroDroid) supported.
Automatic Escalation
When a check-in is missed, contacts are notified. Configurable grace period (default: 6h) between due date and notification. Personalized messages with variables (email, timestamp, location, etc.). Logging of all notifications for traceability.
Contact Management
Add and manage contacts. Double opt-in (GDPR-compliant): Contacts must confirm invitation. One-click unsubscribe for contacts. Contacts can be ReachCheck users or email-only.
Multiple Profiles/Pings (FAMILY Plan)
Multiple check-in profiles per account. Each profile has its own configuration, contacts, and messages. Useful for family members or multiple devices.
Message Templates
Reusable templates for escalation messages. Variables: userEmail, nextDueAt, lastPingAt, hoursOverdue, pingUrl, lastLocation (use in curly braces). Plan-dependent limits: FREE (1), PLUS (5), FAMILY (10).
Install as App (PWA)
ReachCheck is a Progressive Web App (PWA) and can be installed like a native app on your smartphone. Simply open it in your browser and select "Add to Home Screen". Quick access, works offline, and saves storage space.
